Troy was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Pacific University in Oregon in May 2024, following his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the same institution in 2021. Troy’s dedication to working with patients throughout their lifespan highlights his commitment to providing continuous care and support across all stages of life, emphasizing a holistic approach that treats patients as whole individuals.

Recently married to his high school sweetheart, Kalen, in June 2024, Troy relocated to Spokane to embark on his professional career as a Physical Therapist. In his leisure time, he enjoys working out, playing video games, surfing, and exploring new places. For Troy, the concept of ‘Ohana’—family—holds significant importance, and he aims to foster a sense of closeness and support in his work at Apex Physical Therapy.
